Processing Time All HOUSE of JGS products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages HOUSE of JGS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at houseofjgs@gmail.com within 30 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
